My btyahoo account on BT internet sent out lots of e-mail links to my whole address book, I think, on Friday night - strangely, different people received different links.
Someone alerted me to it within about 20 minutes of it happening, and it was clear something was going on from the number of "Delivery notification failures" I had from old no longer existing e-mail addresses.
This happened to me about six months ago, sent spam to my whole address book. I just deleted my contact list. It must be some automated thing, probably triggered when you open a different spam email or click a link somewhere, that sends a message to the whole address book. Changing password didn't work for me, only deleting the contact list, although changing password will be recommended.
I'm no expert, but it seems to me that whenever someone claims they've been 'hacked', like they're the Pentagon or something, it usually means they've clicked on a dodgy link.
Thanks for the help, just followed and added my mobile.
That night i was standing on the East terrace with my dad and family friend and seeing him raise his arms before he scored was just magical. I always remember that he passed about four players but in fact its only 2 however that doesn't detract from it being one of my greatest memories of the Goldstone / Lloyd era. The scary thing is...it was 22 years ago!
