I like Harty as a person. Yesterday wasn't his greatest moment but I'm sure he wont need NSC to tell him that.

One thing I would say is that I rarely listen to the phone in and didn't hear it on Tuesday. I did however hear harty at half time say about Andy Naylor's article that he had said things that needed to be said. I think it is easy to take this as support of the comments (hence the programme piece that he was upset about yesterday). Dave wouldn't have known that he'd said that.

I did text that to Ian yesterday via the phone in so not sure if it got to him during the show. I dont believe they read it out.

I was in the bath listening to all go off - if I had the energy I would have stepped out and turned it off as it was it all a bit painfull, but...........

It's not usually that bad, just occasionally. Let's move on.

Better now that DTG is on.

She said there were too many irrelevant calls and more time should be spent on calls about the match so he cut her off, called her the blue rinse brigade and then took a call that was a complete waste of time. He has said he will apologise but his attitude sucked:angry:

Have to agree with her. Didn't hear that part of the phone in, but my sons and I listened to the first half hour and all of us asked why the hell there wasn't more discussion of the game. There were (and usually are) far to many totally irrelevant subjects discussed when (at least as far as I'm concerned) what I want to hear are people's opinions of the game. Surely that is what a post match phone-in should principally be about??

Why not have DTG as a roving reporter interviewing people for their opinions of the game as they leave the ground?

What's the exact problem Bozza.? I don't have a problem with Seagulls World commentary working on my Mac.

I must admit I've not tried for quite a while but I thought I got some sort of "You're not using Microsoft stuff so we reckon you're a pirate and going to stick it all on Youtube" type warning.

Or was that just video?

I sent a picture of a lake into Tony Hart's Gallery when I was eight, and fairly impressive and full of promise the painting was too. The bastard wrote back - or had one of his minions to do so - explaining Tony had thought the drawing very good indeed, but sadly for reasons of space couldn't quite feature it on screen.
But here are some postcards of Tony, Morph, Mr Bennett and that angry little twat Chas as consolation.

No consolation at all.
