Matches that have had a goal scored should be restarted from the time of abandonment (at a future date..maybe behind closed doors) with the same scoreline.

I would advocate that if a home team are losing at the time the match is abandoned due to their pitch being sub standard then the result should stand - if it's a draw or home team are leading then replay it.
