I was replying to your comment about being higher than last season. Valid point I thought I.. was making which is to wait till after tonights matches now you've asked a different question.

I didn't say sack the manger but time is running out for him and Gus might not think so as he has a 5 year contract but we all know what happens to managers. Tony bloom will not stand by and watch out poor form continue, lose tonight and Saturday and it'll be 2pts out of 18pts and that is relegation form.

But we had an incredibly bad spell last season - around this time too. Dropped to 16th (or 19th - cant remember) too and he wasnt sacked then - so he certainly wouldnt be sacked at present.

And when i said "you" in my previous post, i was referring to a certain other poster - not you.

But it isn't one game is it???..It was the last 15 odd games of last season, where only Coventry were worse away from home and now the last four or five games of this season, were we were top of the table and now can't score and dropping like a brick in water.

so we will conveniently forget the five wins..plus draw at derby

Thanfully, Tony Bloom - being an intelligent person - isn't as impatient as you.

I am not advocating Redknapp to be our next manager & have no agenda.
The decision of course is up to the Director's & Board - & there is discontent within the club over Poyet.

You have no Agenda? Then why does every one of your posts criticise Gus?

From what I heard Redknapp was being discussed at the back end of last season. Poyet is the right man at the moment and is still learning his trade but it wouldnt surprise me mid to the tail end of the season if we aren't up there a change could be made.

This was mentioned at the weekend by someone else I know in corporate. Two sources, same story. Coincidence? Think not.

I was referring to tonight, that we were higher than our finish last season and that 1 game has changed that as we have dropped places. Still, we are only TWO points off the play-off places in October, just over SIX months until the season finishes - we are not in an awful position.

I have never post a rumour, however, I understand that Harry Redknapp is being lined up as our next manager, if results continue to fail.

Tonight's match is now lost.

57 games since we last won a game from behind. We won't get anything from tonight now.

You have heard it here first.

As a troll you seem to be a one trick pony with your fishing. If this is not true, I trust you will have the good grace to do one!

I believe if the powers that be, don't believe Poyet is no longer the man for the job, he will be gone sooner rather than later. Giving the new man a fighting chance to still achieve something very quickly.

Last season we were worried that poyet would replace redknapp at spurs now we are worried that redknapp would replace gus.
What a load of bollocks.
I think the players he got in pre season are great & have played well but our dip in form has coincided with the end of the transfer window & trying to add new players to the squad.
If we didn't buy anyone at the end of the window that would have been wrong & disrupting the squad with new players is wrong.

Thi thread ha reinded me why i've made sure i've largely avoided NSC while we've been on a poor run. Suprisingly the same people who got egg on their face slating CMS are the ones popping at Gus. Will give NSC a break for a while :flounce:
