There was an 18year old from Shoreham who was one of the casualties. Every year when we have the memorial dinner, I make of point of looking for his photo.

He was possibly the son of our next door neighbours when I lived with my parents in the late forties and the fifties. I'm not sure if it is ethical to mention the family name on an open forum.

Not really - given that there are somewhat confusing parallel timelines taking place in the movie - the beach scenes occur
over a week, moonstone (one of the little ships) over one day and the flying scenes over one hour. The timelines converge at the end of the movie.
