[Travel] Happy Ride To Work Week

I usually cycle to work. I normally skip January but otherwise I peddle the couple of k to work. I run in the morning so it’s a nice and relaxing warm down for the legs as well. One thing to consider is I hate driving, so it either the bike, tram or walk. I have no other options.

Surely the additional amount spent on food outweighs the petrol costs?

I haven't changed my diet at all. Still the same amounts and stuff.

My alcohol intake has been steadily increasing over the last year which I need to reign back in though....

Today, as a civilian!, I cycled the 6 miles or so to Bognor.
I was a nice day and I had the new smooth segregated cycle path to ride on.
That's the only reason I would have ridden there, without the path, I would have driven.
