What level of MORON would you have to be to choose the week BEFORE the clocks go forward, for this initiative?

Literally the last week when people's 5.30 / 6pm ride home will be in the dark.

In Portslade today the BBC suggest sunset is 1825, unless they’re riding home at 7 it won’t be dark.

I usually cycle to work. I normally skip January but otherwise I peddle the couple of k to work. I run in the morning so it’s a nice and relaxing warm down for the legs as well. One thing to consider is I hate driving, so it either the bike, tram or walk. I have no other options.

Today, as a civilian!, I cycled the 6 miles or so to Bognor.
I was a nice day and I had the new smooth segregated cycle path to ride on.
That's the only reason I would have ridden there, without the path, I would have driven.
