I'm pretty darn good

I have a big healty tum (my hips hurt a bit and my feet have heat rash and I loose my balance everynow and then - and my boobs hurt and I've got indigestion) but to be honest its all fairly immaterial, not long now....

and its Zef's birthday tomorrow and racing on the weekend..... but I couldn't wait and I've already given him one of his pressies

Today i'm happy, had a nice day sitting in the sun in between watching the first test (not that it's been all that great!). Great start to the holiday!

I'm also eagerly awaiting a football match i'm playing next week after weeks of build-up. No idea why im looking forward to it though!

Happy and Sad - happy that i overcame a fear of flying to an extent by going up in a mates helicopter (to 500ft then I got scared).
