At what times in your life, if any, have you been completely happy?

Discuss.

I think you need to define completely. When your minds on one thing, and that one thing makes you happy, does that count? Even if other things bother you, that you don't happen to be thinking about at the time?

on top of a mountain whenever i've been snowboarding, I just sit back, take in the view, breathe the fresh air and thank f*** i have a passion for 'boarding, then I hurtle down the piste or float on the soft powder snow whilst listening to punk music...THAT is my highest state of happiness

I'm not sure I'd want to find complete happiness, not even for a second, as following that moment you'd feel the rest of your life couldn't live up to that.

That reminds me of when I went to Bristol to stay with a mate at Uni.

At the end of freshers week one boy said he'd just had the best week of his life, and life couldn't get any better. Then he jumped off some scaffolding.

Weird that. I don't think you can ever be completely happy, your death bed is probably the only place where you can answer that question.
