Just seen your Ask The Club post about it. You're not going to sleep tonight are you!?
I think as long as the ball is in the box then it's not handball.
Is the correct answer. As long as the ball is in the box it's not handball. Technically even the hands can be out of the box as long as the ball is still in.
(The line is part of the box, so the ball could be on the line and keeper could have his hand on the part of the ball that is over the line.)
As a referee instructor we are told to tell refs to give keepers the benefit of the doubt on this one.
