im organising my brothers stag there in sept .

havent done much research but a german mate has suggested harbour tour, the beach bars, the fish market and obviously the reeperbahn (which is where we are staying) . we were gonna watch st pauli play but its an international weekend (gutted). they have a hamburger festival whilst we are there though.

do you mind if i pick your brains when you get back for more specific bars to go to etc?

Thats a jackpot weekend as the Alsterfest is great in its own right (Alster is the small lake in the centre of the city). While St Pauli/Reeperbahn/Fishmarkt/Beach bars are all of course in the St Pauli district .
