mark williams is a west brom fan ( he told me that once) he comes along to the albion because its near where he lives seemly!

Not so! I heard he's Villa, with a Seagulls side salad.

Mate o' mine had him shout 'come on The Villa' at him from a car window as he drew alongside me mate's BHA-adorned motor car!???

I stand corrected....I was rather hammered when we were discussing his role as that robber in 101 Dalmations and I asked him about the albion!

Robin Shernhoffer (sp?). TalkSport newsreader.

Nick Szeznopick (sp?) - Times journo

Spencer Vignes - sports journo (still at Observer?) - if you read this, Spencer, remember me at Palace away? Mutual mate Gareth intro'd us and we watched that sublime game together. Won some money to boot!

Paul Hayward - Telegraph journo

Mike Ward?!

Once heard Keith Burtenshaw's name, but pretty unsure on that one.

Commentator Johnathan Pearce (although a Bristol City fan) lives in Brighton and I saw him marching on the sea front (anonymously in the middle of the pack) at the Labour Party Conference.

His wife's a Palace fan, and he's a regular at Selhurst. Used to report on them for local radio, too - I once saw a stomach-churning clip of him jumping up and down and screaming like a girl at Palace scoring.

The actor who plays Sean off Eastenders is apparently a Brighton fan - and the actor who plays Carly is a Palace fan, so that one should be fun on set.

"Did I hear that Peter Brackley supports the Albion?"

He used to work for Radio Brighton back in the mid 70's and was very into Albion then. Had a reputation for being quite a comic and impersonator, taking off people like Cloughie, but then, who didn't?

Perhaps not famous in the celebrity sense, but Hugh Palmer, Rector (Vicar) of All Souls, Langham Place, possibly the most well-attended church in central London, is a staunch Albion fan. I go there when in London on weekends and he discusses matters Albion with me without fail, often asking to be kept abreast of Falmer developments. Obviously he can't spend most of his working hours on NSC, unlike some of us.
