As an aside does anyone know of someone who collects half-and-half scarves? We sometimes see threads on here from people asking for programmes of old matches, but to my knowledge no one ever said something like "I need a half-and-half scarf of the Brighton v Palace play-off game to complete my set"

It is not outside the realms of possibility that this guy pictured is a ground hopper, so this kind of merchandise make good souvenirs. Not that I'm in support of them, but I'm sure 50/50s have their use.
