No source, no link, no suggestion it'll happen. But he's a left winger who made an impact on this league when on loan at Swindon a couple of seasons ago. Naturally left footed and very quick, I wouldn't mind seeing us sign him! He's still at Reading, but didn't play for them last season.

What happened to that Demontagnac that scored a screamer passed us when Wilkins was in charge, think it might have been for Walsall but not sure

It was indeed Walsall, but he was sacked by them. He turned up at Palace I think, after going to Blackpool. Not sure where he is now, but he's not worth touching with a bargepole. He's like Leon Knight, but without an apology thread.

I think he is still with Blackpool, but seemingly will not play again for them.

According to a good friend (a Walsall STH), he was nicknamed ASBO Ishy at the Bescot, for his unruly behaviour and tendency to ruin a good thing. Sadly the man seems to have issues and will not make a go of it in football. A shame as he is clearly a VERY good player. Oh well.

On 8 February 2010 Demontagnac was one of three players, along with Barry Bannan and Neal Eardley, disciplined by Ian Holloway, when they were seen out at a nightclub two days previously in Blackpool following the home defeat to Leicester City, even though Demontagnac was due to train with the squad the following day. Holloway explained: "I'm disappointed - we'll have a party once we've got 52 points. If they think that's appropriate, then they're messing with the wrong man. I like a dance with anybody but it's got to be the right time and when you're in a good mood. I'm not in a good mood when I lose and neither should they be." All three were dropped from the squad for the next game, away to Sheffield Wednesday
