On that incident yesterday, wasn't it determined that her index finger brushed the handle as it was going over the line ?

Not from the video I'm watching. There's a clear gap between the stone and her whole hand, and still a clear gap between the stone and the line. Can you show otherwise?

She admitted her finger caught the stone.
Unless she's seen a video that we haven't, what difference does it make? If her finger caught the stone before it gets to the line, that's ok right?

If she releases, then touches it again while part of it is crossing the line then it is a dead stone. There is a front on angle that kind of shows / indicates that is what might of happened.

Yes, that's after it's got to the line.
There is a front on angle that kind of shows / indicates that is what might of happened.
Watching the video it looks like she's let go, then her finger drops behind the stone and may indeed touch it, then there's a gap to her hand - and it still hasn't go to the line.
