If she releases, then touches it again while part of it is crossing the line then it is a dead stone. There is a front on angle that kind of shows / indicates that is what might of happened.

I've just realised that it is her husband who has tested positive for meldonium, the blood flow improving drug. I am sure we can all draw our own conclusions as to why he needs to take that....

Yes, that's after it's got to the line.

Watching the video it looks like she's let go, then her finger drops behind the stone and may indeed touch it, then there's a gap to her hand - and it still hasn't go to the line.
