There's no doubt he would be a PRESENCE in the dressing room. I actually think he would do a good job, and bring the crowds in. Given Coppell is out (and Curbs isn't going to happen), my choices currently would be:

1. Poyet
2. Calderwood
3. Adkins

Wouldn't it be interesting if Gus got the job and brought Wise along as HIS number 2!

As someone who has become very disillusioned with the Withdean 'experience' and rarely attends anymore, Poyet would certainly get my sizeable arse back on a rickety rusty green seat in the South stand once again.

Is flair enough though?
Would we end up in a Spurs/Ardiles situation of more exiting football but still losing?

I think he's be good but would need a decent number 2. No idea who though.

I only want Poyet if he wears a SUIT in the dug out. If he is a tracksuit wearer, then its a no no from me.

we have had no success with tracksuited managers, so lets get a suit wearer!!

When typing Gustavo Poyet into google the first picture is...

he would be an absolute class manager and with some solid experience in his backroom staff then im sure he could turn the club around, must have some decent contacts aswell
