He realised, like the rest of us, it was job done by West Ham after ten minutes. Better to study the game at that point than play to the fans by gesticulating from the sidelines.

I think your right, but any decent manager would have made changes it`s called damage limitation to avoid humiliation for the team, he just left them out to dry following his poor team selection.Throw what you like i have my hard hat on.

To be honest three players that started looked like they wanted to be there after the third goal: Assulin, Bridcutt and Vicente. They kept playing and looking for a way forward but some players let them down today.

Sat down today for the entire game with his arms folded , why the sudden lack of passion

Completely wrong. I had the misfortune to be sitting quite close to the bench in with the West Ham fans and I can assure you that Gus was up and down as much as ever. Remonstrating and shouting and gesticulating. West Hams fans commented on this specifically.

So Mutts - you've proven that you're a cock once again - you're tiresome and now on my ignore list.

Not wrong as others on here have pointed out , please don`t call me a cock as it hurts my feelings

Fact is some say he was quiet some say he wasn't ...I don't think many think that Gus is infallible...it's just the pitiful criticism that comes with a defeat that some disagree with

What's pitiful about criticising a team selection and tactics that got us dicked 6-0 in arguably one of the most important games of the season? Because if you are happy with that and think that's acceptable then I find that quite pitiful.

What changes could he have made to such an appalling defensive display? Put CMS in there? Have Casper at right-back?

"Passion..." - the last word in desperation.

It wasn't that important a game yesterday. Maybe for some, definitely for West Ham, but more a chance for Gus to see what needs to happen during the summer.

He knows his squad isn't that good, and has implied it for a while.
