Here's a handy guide for you:

1) Is the thread started by HB&B?
yes - go to question 2
no - you're safe

2) Is there a link in the post?
yes - it's his blog/"article" - you're better off avoiding it
no - close the thread and never go back. You're just giving him the attention he craves

Perhaps you can create some kind of decision tree to cover all HB&B based scenarios

If Peter Walton made the decision, it was probably playable, especially the area around the edge of the penalty area...

no. If Walton made the decision it was definitely playable, especilly the area round a yard outside the penalty area..............

You have the journalistic skills of a turnip.

I picture Inbred as one of those irritating people you find at parties, who follow you round, butting in on conversations when their not welcome, and pretending to be one of the in-crowd to ingratiate themselves with everyone else.

In short, a pillock.

Christ the players are bloody pampered enough as it is,they don't play twice a week and we,ve just had a couple of international breaks, many clubs can rotate so its a load of tosh.

Its the lower leagues that suffer:)

I'm starting to think that either you are on a wind-up, or you are mental.

This time you actually started with "Gus Poyet told me this morning". I cannot believe anyone is actually as thick skinned as you seem to be.

I asked him the question and he responded.

They don't need winter break. They get paid more than enough to keep to the current schedule.

Regardless of how much money they get, they are still human. It's about getting peak performance.

I asked him the question and he responded.

I totally understand. How many other 'journalists' start their articles with 'Sir Alex told me this morning' or 'Arsene mentioned to me today' etc?

It seems to me that you inhabit some kind of fantasy realm, where you believe you are one of Brighton's movers and shakers, where in reality you are nothing more than a sad old man who desperately wants to be liked.

This is achievable, but you are going about it the wrong way. Think about it.
