He took over when they were an average Championship side. He's taken them up, and kept them up for 5 seasons, taken them to Wembley, and into Europe.

Yeah, he took them up from the Championship and kept them in the Prem League for five seasons, having taken them to the FA Cup final for the first time. Yeah, bet they're really gutted: they've got to play against Man U and Chelsea next season when they could be looking forward to games against Doncaster and, possibly, Yeovil

Pulis, and Moyes, likely to go, while Clough staying always surprises me.

They've struggled this season I'll give you that.. But they actually played some really good passing football, with good wing play, last season. When they struggle a bit they have their old, solid way to fall back on.

Stoke reminds me of Charlton when they were doing well in the Premiership and all their fans said, 'Curbishley has taken us as far as he can, we need someone else to take us further.' They got rid of him and look what happened. The same will happen to Stoke IMO if they get rid of Pulis.

Even Gus has praised Pulis for setting up an identity and playing one way consistently

Sacking Curbs looked a poor decision at the time but in retrospect do you really consider Dowie & Les Reed decent appointments? Perhaps a better manager might have got soemthing else out of them, we'll never know. Granted, it sure does look pretty stupid now though.
