Apparently Gus said at a sponsors do last week that the playing budget for next season was the same as this. For my 10p worth we need

Keeper or 2
Right back / centre back with commanding presence
2 quality midfield players who have pace
1 quality striker

Who they will be haven't got a clue, only Gus will know.

As a cull then i would let the following go:

Brez dodgy keeper for his size can't command his box
Anks prone to error can't command the box
Rejes not required or good enough from what i have seen
Painter 2 years is up but nice guy
Navarro Great 2nd half of the season but at 30 had his day at this level
Dicker so inconsistent might keep as a squad player
Voakes not the answer
Harley clearly disappointing
Hoskins sell to Sheff utd
Sparrow Contract not to be renewed
Michael Poke nice guy but never goona make the first team

Of the younger guys could probably release Barker,Kasim,Sampayo,Rogers, all not good enough for regular first team action.
