Probably spent all day watching Chelsea in prep for the 'big' game.

Shouldn't he be spending his time trying to sort out a loan striker but its better than hearing lee Dixon spout shit I suppose

How dare he do something for a few hours! How ruddy dare he!!! He should be at the ground panicking and making the players stay late to build up the pressure on a game still days away!

He can go for all I care.

Dare I ask why you say that, guess you would rather bring Micky Adams back or perhaps Dean Wilkins or even Russell Slade, let me tell you, if that happened you would be pleading with Mr Bloom to bring Gus back, when will you lot get off his back and let him do his job, you should be proud we have a manager capable of going on TV and giving his opinion.

Not at all. I would just like a manager who is commited and loyal Instead of banging on about Chelsea at any chance he gets.

Well seeing as he is AT Chelsea, being a pundit on a game INVOLVING Chelsea, I would say there is a fair chance that he will be talking ABOUT Chelsea tonight.

In our busiest week of the year, when our last three results have been SHIT, he still can't resist pimping himself out for his beloved ****ing Chelsea.

Absolute cock.

Rivalry aside, I'd much rather have a manager like Gus who is committed to the job in hand here whilst all supporters know he wants to move to bigger and better things (deservedly), compared to someone like Freedman who has the look of a loyal "one club man" in the eyes of supporters but realistically will move on at the sight of an improved pay check.

How is that? He was probably asked to do it being local and a well known and respected ex Chelsea player and current Championship manager.

And his reaction? Not "no, actually this week I need to do some scouting and make sure I'm extra prepared for our biggest game of the season on Sunday" but instead "yes, i'd love to go and watch my beloved Chelsea and preach to the country and how good I am and keep up this myth that I'm a Premiership manager in waiting"

I want a BRIGHTON manager again, not a man who's only in it for himself.

If Gus was on other tv channels or commentating elsewhere, would understand, however, he seems to be at Chelsea more than the Albion sometimes. Why can't he get a Chelsea player or two to play for the Albion if his contacts are so strong? Clearly seeking a minor role at Chelsea when sacked here for finishing mid table this season.
