That is well timed - (?)but regardless, it's excellent news.

All those whining about Poyet and Tano leaving as soon as a big club comes sniffing can settle down now. Yep, we all know contracts mean little in these days of crazy money. However, I for one believe that Gus et al have a plan here, and they intend to see it through. I am convinced that plan involves riding the T.Bloom bus to the premiership within the next 2-3 years, and with clever financial direction I think Gus (et al) believes this too.

This is why we shouldn't dwell so heartily on our unfortunate defeat recently - yes it hurt- but we are still moving ahead in so many more ways - and if in three years time we are a division of two ahead of our rivals - whose gonna care about one bad night at the Amex?
