It's all a bit of a black art but largely I think you need to make a purchase with most of them. Money has started trickling through though and it takes literally no effort to manage and implement.

I used groupon to book some colonic hydrotherapy sessions, pure shit

I have bought two different groupons where this has happened and on both occasions Groupon have refunded me straightaway!

I had to complain once and was also refunded with no fuss or bother

I got a pair of Oakley sunglasses that would have been £90 and I only ended up paying just over £30 for them with one of their deals, was well chuffed with that. Also did one on KGBDeals not that long ago for a canvas print which cost me I tihnk £6 instead of the usual 20 or 30. In both cases no trouble and a great deal.
