What a complete f***tard that bloke is.

It was like listening to coco the clown talking about plate tectonics .

Football is in big trouble with this kn*b in charge.

Yeah really irked me, it's as if the years between Preston and Liverpool never existed.

Why does it irk you? Why would Brighton mean that much to him over the other two clubs he played for? He started his football career at Preston (his home town club, which his Dad also played for), so that would be a bit like you playing for Brighton. Then after his spell with us he played seven years at Liverpool, who were the most successful club in England, if not Europe for much of that period. Just because he played for us doesn't mean he has to reference us every time he talks about football.

Dyke was talking about struggling to raise £30 million a year for pitches and coaching. That wouldn't even cover one Sunday's Prem action on Sky and BT.

Then Hodgson remarked he'd love to have any scraps from the Prem table.

The domestic game is fvkked.

I found it extraordinary that the man nominally in charge of English football couldn't string two intelligent words together on a national television stage. Doesn't make you too confident that his initiatives are heading in the right direction - or that Blatter will be worried about his blusterings.

When asked about the Prem deal maybe Greg Dyke should have curtailed his incoherent rambling and just made his usual 'slits own throat' gesture?

Glad I wasn't the only one. Willfully ignorant, useless or just aware of the extreme limitations of the organisation he runs?
