With Adam El Abd suspended on saturday for picking up his 5th yellow card last night who would you play this coming saturday in defence against Tranmere.

(this is depending on Gordon Greer being fit seeming as he still has a slight calf strain. Worth taking into account when you decide)

If both fit, probably Greer. Would love to see Dunk given a go but maybe this isnt the right game. Tranmere have a bit of a lump in Showumni (I think), and an experienced lump at that. Dunk will undoubtedly get his chance at some point this year, but dont think this is the right game for it.

Greer if fit, definitely. Just because of experience really, would only play Greer if he is 100% though.

MK Dons had a couple of hefty strikers last season though and Dunk had them in his pocket.

True, but think these are slightly different circumstances. Given the fact teams are deliberately setting out to rough us up this year, it could be a huge challenge. But lets be clear, Tranmere are shithouse; if Dunk does play he could well have a stormer. But it is a bit of a risk.

I have never seen either player play, but that doesnt seem to matter to most people on here when transmitting half baked opinions, so Id say move Kish back there. He may not have played there before, but youve got to experiment havent you?

Greer will be desperate to play, just to get himself out of the house for a few hours. :lolol:

I say we tell a fib to the FA and have the game postponed due to international call-ups.

Greer has to play if he is fully fit. I thought he looked really good in the hour he had against Rochdale before his actions got him sent off so, as long as he can keep his temper, he should be fine. If he is not fit though, I would be happy playing Dunk as it is only one game against a struggling team and Dunk did really well last season at MK Dons.

Dunk please, then we can do the Slam Dunk the Funk chant again, as previously heard at MK Dongs. The chant makes no sense but I love it.
