The Alternative is as good as the main festival and a lot of it is free. Great for daytime music.

I dont want to moan but was really hoping Jon Hopkins would not be playing at Corn Exchange but guess its biggest venue so more can get to see him. Crap venue sound wise.

There are some links on page 3 of this thread to Fat White Family. I've bought their album and really don't think it's up to much, but reckon they'll be a scream live.

Hate it when they have dance nights in there - been to a couple of techno nights in there, ruined them. Agree with you, would add crap beer and school hall atmosphere. They should be at C2.

So we've all seen the potential for a football/TGE clash on Thursday night? If we play like we did yesterday for the rest of the season that won't be too much of a problem.

The Amazing Snakeheads - Imagine Nick Cave fronting The Fall
