If it had all been in B&H Council land, then there would not have been the need for the enquiries and wasted money fighting Lewes and a wasted 10 years !

Well, there would have been the need for a public inquiry, but Lewes' case would have been diminished.

Oh pay attention you lot! Lord B answered the question about this land some while ago. Sadly I don't know how to cut and paste bits of old threads so it's just copied below.
