Goals are the drug that keeps fans going back week after week, take away the hit and it’s not much fun anymore.

Yes. I know. Agreed.

PS: How many months since we last scored at home from open play again ? I've forgotten - ha ha. !!

Brighton factually.....
Tbf they are listening to you, digging their way to 17th place.

Nah, we will finish higher than that....

Although I am concerned at our lack of points & goals in recent games, we have not been shocking (Burnley never happened ok) - we have created chances and played some great football. The players are trying, you can see that in the faces on the pitch, I am confident that against the better teams in our tuff run in, we will get points.
We are a team that pulls out some rather good results, and I am kinda expecting the same, from where I am not sure, but that is half the fun of being an Albion or just a football fan of any club in this league, it is possible to go away to big clubs and take something.

I think after a run of 6-7 games of tuff results, we forget we all are very good teams in this league and we are here because of that, quality of players and staff surpasses anything I have witnessed at the Albion.

You could clearly see how much difference there is between us and Norwich last week. We're on a bad run and can't score currently, but we are absolutely light years ahead of them in every department. We'll definitely get more points this year, I'm expecting a half decent run again fairly soon, and for us to finish the season well.

*buzzes*

Goalscoring dept!

We’ve scored 8 more goals then them.

Maybe that doesn’t quite count as a ‘light year’.

This thread is so, so weird. A load of weird middle aged men getting all upset at something that wasn't even said, despite being repeatedly shown it wasn't said.

"He needs to stop blaming the fans" etc etc. It's absolutely bizarre how people have reacted to one comment in which he said it is a bit of a challenge for the players when people are shouting 'shoot' when they get the ball. Do you honestly feel he is personally blaming you for the team's performance with this comment?

It's been mentioned already, but what would you bunch of absolute snowflakes do if he said ""We need it and we need to be better on the pitch. We're the first to admit it. But we need the crowd to be better. We need everybody on the front foot." like Tuchel did yesterday. How would you cope with that? Genuine question. And I think he should say something like that, because he'd be absolutely correct.

What an absolute bunch of pansies a large proportion of Brighton fans are. It's embarrassing.

Just WTF? Seriously!

:lolol:

BUT.....

1. There is no smoke without fire
2. He may not of said it but we all know he was thinking it
3. We haven't won for absolutely ages
4. Fans have a right to express their views
5. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen
6. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush
7. A stitch in time saves nine
8. Potter OUT!!!

Good man.

And stay stoic if it continues to resemble a pear.

I will continue to eke as much pleasure as I can out of this season, admire the nice little moves we make, every breath they take, I'll be watching them

Spending time and money watching Potter's Brighton play at home - with progressively fewer goals or wins - is challenging.

That's why the crowd has got quiet at games. Some get angry and sometimes even boo. It's just fans telling like it is.

I’ve moved to band B next season which I justified as its only £6 a match, £24 a goal more
