For football's sake I hope the Hughes/Pullis/Palace Tw@t/Allardyce failed managers Merry Go Round has run its course. I'm pretty sure that Tony Bloom never considered any of the above. Or their like.

No chance some desperate chairman will give one of them a call.

Am I the only one who thinks he looks like "Dot" Cotton from Line of Duty? Maybe "H" was Hughton and that's why he had to go.

The posh bit
From a Swansea fan on the BBC site: "As a Swansea fan - Brighton, your team will play some lovely, quick, counter attacking football which at times will be wondeful to watch. God help you defensively, particularly set pieces- Potter has a huge blind spot there. "

Maybe we could hire Chris Hughton as defence coach to work under Potter?

Worthing
In the end I got bored with possession for possession’s sake, with passing triangles of goalie to Dunk to a.n.other CB back to goalie. But in League One under Poyet it was more dynamic, with variously Calderon, Crofts, Bennett, Barnes and Murray attacking en masse.

Just look at that standard of player though for league one. Scary.

bha 2 to 1, 4th fav. to be relegated on paddy power, i guarantee you, that price will lengthen.
please bounce this thread on the opening day of the season!

To be fair, we need to bounce the thread once next season is decided. Bookies odds mean diddly squat. And I say that as a fan of the change.

Hughtons style was sadly taking us down. I'm looking forward to a change. Was ambivalent to whether Hughton stayed or went but certainly looking forward to next season much more than I would have been if we had kept Chris

Well he hadn't taken us down yet so not sure how you can say that with such confidence.

I am glad you are looking forward to next season though.

It's a complete gamble, isn't it?
Would be mad not to back both relegation and a top 10 finish.

so you think there's a chance that we will finish 10th under arry's guidance...
you're cured tsb, you're CURED
(btw, i cured you)
