everything will give you cancer if you consume it in sufficient quantities that some chemical within it will harm your cells. meanwhile, if you consume sufficient quantities of anything, some chemical will help cells fight, resist or otherwise block cancer.

the moral of this is to not pay any attention and dont eat/drink anything excessively.
