“I was at the fans forum and RDZ is 100 💯 staying !!!!”

Oh really !!!
What’s changed in 2 weeks then ?

This has been on the cards for months.

“ I love the city and will stay until I’m no longer loved”

???
So who doesn’t love you?

Look at his CV, he doesn’t spend any longer than 5 minutes at a club.

What I don’t get is Why take the job in the first place?

Why employ him?

What has drastically changed in 2 years?

Why have we been lied to about his future?

Tony n Paul

“We are a well run club and live within our means, we won’t spent unnecessary funds, we see ourselves as a top ten club and discover and nurture underdeveloped gems”

Rdz

Oh yes Tony n Paul,we see eye to eye.

The jobs yours.

Though RDZ has a bigger ego than poyet.
Wants to be a champions league club and spend millions in the transfer window!!

Bye bye, the club again has handled it brilliantly. Ship him out, get someone who fits the Brighton model and wants to be here.

Now is the time so the new manager has a full pre season.

I don’t know why RDZ and co bother turning up today.

I’m glad he’s gone.

You say that like it’s a bad thing?

Normally I have to eke out the close season doing some freelance Moderating on mumsnet. This summer I’ll be drinking champagne out my shoe.
Off the back of the uptick in NSC traffic on this, Bozza's just booked a two week cruise to see the real Northern Lights, not some second-rate watch-through-your-phone shite over Hassocks last week.

No point in getting upset, it seems like an amicable end to an inevitable conclusion.

If you're sat with you girlfriend planning your holiday to the south of france and she's banging on about going to the carribean with the rich fella next door you have three options. 1. Up the creditcard limit and try and keep her happy 2. Throw your toys out the pram, have a huge argument and have a painful break up or 3. Agree you both want different things and breakup like adults.

Thankfully for us Bloom chose option 3

De Zerbi was told the ambition was to achieve Europe for the club. He did that and then had his best players sold, not replaced with quality and no actiivity in January when he said time and again we needed strengthening. Sorry but we changed and not De Zerbi. He is the most talanted Manager we argiuably have ever had. I am gutted

Cost us europa league football in Rome. Lost 5 nil to bottom of the table Everton, 4 nil Luton & 6-1 Villa. 1 win in the last 10

I thought this was going to be another gold star classic flounce thread.

(Well suppose it is in some ways. 🙄)

Not sure we did tbf. De Zerbi certainly over achieved brilliantly. It was agreed (and he'd have known it) that Ali Mac was going. Conceido was meant to stay but there's no way on earth our club could turn down such a ridiculous offer. Trossard downed tools, sadly. Mwepu was a shock, no ones fault. Can't blame the club for any of that. Having over achieved one can understand De Zerbi "pushing on" with big spends but many a club has cocked up that way. And that really isn't Tony's model. Personally, I'm glad we didn't listen to him nor fan noise about it. Better to stick to the model imo, Bloom has already shown he is smarter than 99.5% of the rest of us.
