David,

Does the PC connect to the internet via AOL ?
If so to resolve




1. Connect to the Internet through AOL, and then visit the following AOL Web site: www.aol.com
2. Click My AOL.
3. On the Settings menu, click Preferences.
4. In the Preferences dialog box, click Internet Options (WWW).
5. In the Internet Options dialog box, click to clear the Always Compress Graphics dialog box.
6. Click to select the Never Compress Graphics dialog box.
7. Click Apply, and then click OK.
