I was born in Mitcham but moved to Billingshurst 17 years ago from South Norwood.
I am a loyal supporter of 40 years since 1972 and could not change my allegiance now even if I wanted to.
Having said that, I now follow Sussex CCC not Surrey so there may yet be hope for my soul.

Not judging by the rest of your posts.

Thanks Tiger .... from a personal perpsective I was born in Hull and initially raised in Brough. We moved south to Sussex when I was five-years-old. Went to infant school at Victoria Road in Shoreham where none of my class mates could understand me because of my thick East Riding accent! That changed and at 10 years-old saw my first Brighton match and been hooked ever since. So Hull City have always been my second team and it will be dreamland when we hopefully join them in the Prem.

Whereas most of the plastic football fans at the Amex have Brighton as their second team.

In case you have signatures turned off:

51,700 v Burnley last game in 1978/79. 4,005 v Wimbledon in 1984. Same division. I think this shows the real plastics

What is so funny is the number of other fans who hate Palace ... some rationally like Charlton, Millwall and Brighton ... but also fans from Wolves, Hull, Donny Rovers, Plymouth, Watford, Cambridge United, Wrexham etc who HATE Palace simply because they have a bond with us and realise what a bunch of neanderthal knuckledraggers many of them are.
