Nanking - 1972 (although i thought it was in East Street)

Good friends Preston street, very good.

is the best, most authentic chinese i've been to in brighton, it's very good

and who could turn down intestines, fish lips, duck tongues and pigs ears? strangely absolutely delicious.

Gars is good but a little more expensive, others include the emperor of china in the marina, which is ok and there are some pretty good ones in the west sussex area.

The first chinese restaurant I went to, as a child, was the Nanking in Market St.

I think that was the one was it on a corner and upstairs?

nanking was where regents arcade entrance is now. remember when is was shut down and boarded up etc some one turned the N in to W......making it the wanking restaurant
