Don't you think the hole is a neccesity as a start or should they just erect something on the field out of steel plates and hope for the best ( and not too many strong winds ).

I'm not suggesting it's not going to get built. I'm just saying he hasn't delivered any thing yet. AND if the rumours are true then it looks like he's having to step down to assure it does get built.
