Guys - seperate to the superb REMF annual golfing event, as discussed in a couple of threads recently some people would like to get together for casual golfing games. 8ace has kindly set up an NCS group for people who would like to participate. You can find it under community/Groups/NSC Hackers.

The idea is that people put up some basic info about playing level, availability etc. , and people can arrange games within the group. It may be an idea to get larger outings once in a while for most or all of the group, but that wasn't the primary intention.

So, join in if you fancy it - the more the merrier.

8ace invited me and I repsonded to it, but I see "Join" buttons for the other groups there, so I assumed everyone else would see these as well.

Okey doke. Let us know for the future. It's the first time I've even noticed the group function, but it seems like a good idea for stuff like this.

Go to the 'Group Tools' option, (towards the top right-hand corner). One of the options is 'Join Group'.

I've changed the options on the group now, for some reason it was set to Invite Only before.

i love golf am not very good but dont play every week, my Dad is a member of redlibbets in Kent, lovely course i think.

I have not played in this area yet but would like to aswell
