I know someone that lives round the corner from the retail park and actively avoids driving past whenever possible. Must make his life very hard but he's an obstinate type and manages it!

I live just round the corner from the Goldstone and have never set foot in the site. Never will

I could have sworn I read somewhere many years ago that there was a painted Center circle in what was JB Sports ??

Drove their at midnight after coming back from Hereford. Stood looking in from the North Stand, demolition had started. Never been back or past since. My wonderful memories are safely secured, locked in a virtual time capsule that can never be tainted.

There was a plaque erected several years ago on the edge of Hove Park, across the Old Shoreham Road from the back of the old North Stand l believe, commemorating the Goldstone Ground.

I presume it is still there?
