Not sure what Anderlecht have over Legia as far as his development in concerned.

Wouldn't a loan spell in the UK work out better from a football point of view? Is this a work permit thing?

I agree, this seems very odd as I’m sure we’ll probably have him in the squad as specialist wingback back-up to March & Lamptey in the summer.

In other news, I’ve received pronunciation advice from the Polish faction of my family. Here is how you say his name:
