Hamilton quite Wrexham

What makes me think that Hamilton's resignation as Chairman of the Football Club isn't all it seems to be?

He (not the Football Club) owns the ground. The Football Club faces a winding-up order. I guess the owner of the Racecourse Ground would quite like his tenant to disappear.
