How can Liverpool home be worth 20 points but boro away 600 mile round trip in December with snow around
only 10.

Isn't loyalty supporting your team everywhere no matter what.

Loyalty is giving money to your club. The club get nothing for away league games.

Actually , the club does get something from away league games , a commission for selling tickets.

£80 where did you get that from it's £128 on national rail enquiries.
PLEASE TELL

That quote was a couple of weeks ago.

Only cheaper option is the £35 for the Seagulls Travel coach. No idea if they still have space.

Took a look at the Boro forum th see what they were saying Boro V Brighton

Bit dull tbh but worrying that they seem to think they have an awesome MF. A point will do fine ... hope we can shrug off the lacklustre displays of late too

Latest on National Rail Website - might be a long day Saturday...........

East Coast

Changes to the timetable are summarised below:

London Kings Cross - Edinburgh: An hourly service is expected to run, departing on the hour from London, and at 30 minutes past the hour from Edinburgh. Some other services to/from Scotland are terminating at Newcastle. Passengers wishing to go forward are advised to catch the next available East Coast service to Edinburgh, and take ScotRail connections from there.
London Kings Cross - Newcastle: Normal service planned, with some extended running times expected due to speed restrictions north of Northallerton.
London Kings Cross - Hull, Brough and Selby: Services will start from and terminate at Doncaster.

London Kings Cross - Harrogate and Horsforth: Services will start from and terminate at Leeds. Passengers travelling to or from these stations can use connecting local trains to start or complete their journeys.
London Kings Cross - Leeds: Normal service is expected.
Edinburgh - Dundee - Aberdeen: Trains will run where possible, but services cannot be guaranteed. Trains that do run will be diverted between Edinburgh and Dundee via Perth due to the closure of the Tay Rail Bridge between Leuchars and Dundee. Diverted trains will not call at Inverkeithing, Kirkcaldy or Leuchars.
Customers may use Virgin Trains between London Euston and Glasgow Central.

Boro fans seem quite knowledgeable. I think promotion contending teams should expect to play 4-3-3 at home rather than 4-4-2.

That's the posh end you're looking at. This is the rest of it. Regularly voted one of Britain's crappest towns. I had to go there on an A Level Geography field trip once, As a depressed Northern wasteland with high unemployment, badly planned 1960s council estates, decimated heavy industry and closed coal mines all around, it ticked all the social geography boxes. A highlight of the week was a tour of the abandoned steelworks at Redcar, provided by two unemployed former workers, followed by a coach tour of one of the failed new towns nearby (Peterlee I think it was). The locals just loved seeing a coachload of southern students gawping at their concrete enclave. Fortunately, we stayed in Whitby, which was quite nice, in a freezing cold British seaside resort sort of way.

When Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer declared it the worst place in the UK to live a couple of years ago, Middlesbrough's mayor complained to Ofcom. Unfortunately for him, the regulator found that all the comments they'd made were entirely fair and dismissed his complaint :lolol:

Despite everything I've said above, by the way, I'd still give my right arm...alright, maybe my left one...to go to the game on Saturday. Enjoy, ladies & gents.
