Going to Cancun...

It's my final lads holiday next year and i want to make it one to remember, so Cancun on spring break it is.
Has anyone been? Can anyone recommend a hotel/an area to stay? Shall we go with reps?
Any advice would be much appreciated

I'm planning on going next year too. And no not because of Geordie shore but because it was always going to be our last proper lads holiday.

Its a gorgeous place, however as someone else said the only problem is that Cancun has now been made into the American party venue for spring break, Cancun is a stunning, and I mean stunning place but for the money its going to cost you (last time we went last minute for 650pp but that was very cheap) I'd think carefully if this is the right place, because basically from what I've read so far you're going to be paying 700+ to get your leg over with some American college girls, but if price isnt really a problem then definitely, as long as you can stand shit loads of LOUD americans then do it, the beaches are stunning. If you wanted to go there by yourself I'd say Riviera Maya though, enjoyed that much more as theres less Americans and the beaches and scenery(tropical beaches, big birds swooping around, MASSIVE lizards) there are incredible. (Didnt see any of the bug spiders)

To be fair that is kind of what I want. I've done a few of the normal European places now I want to do something different. I don't mind paying a little extra. Plus I have the rest of my life to see the tropical beaches, big birds swooping around, MASSIVE lizards (which I will do)
