We cannot stop him leaving this country again and visiting these places.

As long as he has visas or permission of entry he can go where he wants.

We dont stop armed robbers leaving these shores once there sentences have been served do we ?

Its one or the other..... He`s either a criminal who has paid his dues or he is ill with a sickness which we attempt to cure. That is the only time we can dictate to him as to his whereabouts in the coming years.

He has to sign the sickfucks register, and his movements in this country would be monitored.

As you suggedted though, Britain can't really restrict or keep tabs on his movements outside the UK.
That may come back to haunt him eventually. like it did with Ronald Biggs, but I doubt he'll care for the time being.

I hope the Americans have stopped playing 'Rock and Roll Pt.1' at every ice-hockey game by now, otherwise he'll collect royalties for it.
