What a game, What a player.

Great goal, but how was THAT for two assists?

Superstar.

Is that 9 goals this season for 'one in ten' Glenn?

Get onside you useless bastard:clap2:

He was class today, and if I'm honest too good for this division.

Albion Goal Tally: 34 Games: 18 Goals

Unless we go up I expect an offer will come in for him as he is quality as was Kasim-Richards.

I assume there is a hefty sell on cluse for him ?

Errrrrrmmm, the Glen Murray thread is here

Couldn't get to the game due to illness (Booooooooo) but he sounded like he made a brilliant comeback today. I'm not afraid to admit that I've been critical of him in the past, but no complaints if he (& the rest of the team) carry on like this! The only complaint I have is that I didn't see the freakin' match!! :annoyed:

If so, ten goals by November 1st really is a TOP effort.

Not top, joint 6th...

Lambert Bristol Rovers 15
Fryatt Leicester 12
Mackail-Smith Peterborough 12
Cox Swindon 11
Graham Carlisle 10
Beckford Leeds 9
Hooper Scunthorpe 9

If i had to rate his performance today ill give him a 10, he was so good. The 2 assists were IMMENSE. There is no way he will be here much longer

Why not? Some things I think contribute to him being here for a long time yet:

- 3 years on contract
- we paid big money (by our standards) for him, so to make it worth selling we'd have to get a HUGE offer
- lack of pace will put off higher teams
- he's 25 - higher teams will not see much potential to improve
- if we sell it's an admission we have no ambition, which Knight won't want

I only hope you are right!

He's a top player, and would be a HUGE loss to our team if he did 'up sticks'.

Yeah youve said this before and for a while it put my mind at rest, but he is very very good, but i hope your right.

I love our super glenn. I want one of those t-shirts when they are done. Murray's mint t shirts would sell like hotcakes after today's performance. I just hope we can keep him here for a long time.
