To be fair a lot of people who don't like Murray have been saying "he's off" during EVERY transfer window since he joined.

Would only be plausible if Lua-Lua wasn't coming and a striker was.

Murray is happy here now [according to a mate who met him in town recently] and his recent performances have demonstrated that fact. I'd be very surprised [and disappointed] if he was going anywhere.

I thought Murray was no fan of Wilkins and wanted out not long after he arrived because of him?

Absolute tosh. Glenn is one of our best if not best players on the team, and in agreeance with a post earlier in the thread, it makes no logical sense, as we have LuaLua coming in and we don't have enough strikers.

I wouldn't have thought so, we're looking to buy forwards not sell them.

Southampton fans seem pretty convinced, don't forget aswell that Murray was Wilkins' man.

I think not as Wilkins made a comment advising he was not negotiating any transfers

Mate sponsored the Walsall game and met Glenn afterwards.

He was so knackered - Glenn, not my mate - that he could barely stand up, let alone talk.

He's really playing his socks off at the moment and it's great to see.

The more I think about it, the less it makes sense. Bollocks I say.

You are correct, Murray and Wilkins did not get on at all, and this played a part in him handing in a transfer request. Murray would not go to any club, where Wilkins was involved in the coaching side of things.
