An absolutely enormous crowd for Capaldi, whilst I don’t actively listen to him he’s quite a loveable personality.

What a glorious image.

Rick Ashley and blossoms do the smiths - bizarre
Pretty good though. And none of the far-right racism to worry about that you’d get with Morrissey. Johnny Marr on site to play with The Pretenders on the Park Stage if you want the real thing (rumours that Grohl will be joining in the fun there too).

Nice BHA flag enjoying Ashley

Ezra collective absolutely flawless. My only complaint in the saxophonist looks like Marc Cucurella

The Manics must be the most reliable festival band of the past 25 years. A great back catalogue and always sound great.

The Joel Veltman of indie bands.

Did you get to see the entire set on BBC2 or BBC3? I couldn’t find it.

Whereas Tom Grennian, just one example, we got to see everything.

Seems no rhyme or reason to these BBC decisions. I prefer the two channels over iPlayer, as I can record and they’re more reliable on our set up from Virgin cable (iPlayer often goes wrong).

Solid set but lacked ‘Kevin Carter’; sounded great though!
