Ticketshyster doing their best at the moment to not refund us on some festival tickets, offering "credit" for when next years tickets go on sale. They really should offer refunds 'or' credit. Ongoing situation.

I have already missed opportunities to perform in The Barbican and the Royal Albert Hall, other concert dates are looking increasingly unlikely too.

As a non-professional this is very disappointing... but for our professional colleagues it is their livelihoods.

Ticketshyster have told us we can apply for a refund in September (the cancelled festival was to have been in this June), and we will have to provide a legitimate reason why we will not be able to attend the festival in 2021 or 2022. Apparently this is an edict from the Belgium government at the moment.
