Are you trying/buying tickets for Brazil v anyone at this cost? Surely there must be 15 seats available for Uruguay v Costa Rica or Chile v Holland and work out a lot cheaper? 
It's still the world cup.. Or, if you cannot get the money or freebies for hospitality, maybe a game and MacDonalds. I am not trying to be funny here but I am sure that street kids getting taken to a World Cup game then MacDonalds (sponsors as well!), will still go down well and you could taker more of them.. just an idea
