Actually I think everyone who's unsure about going to Millwall would serve the club better if they took the cash they'd spend on the trip and gave it to the club.

I think I might be being over dramatic here but in the hour or so since I heard the Currie news I've gone through all the emotions that I've been having for the past 7 years, just when it seems we might have something going for us someone stands in the way.

What with Currie gone we're back to a position where it's down to the younger lads like Knight, Hammond, Virgo, Hinsh, El-Abd and Nicholas to fight their arses off to keep this club in this division and meaning something. All those who moaned about missing out on West Ham need to get involved at Millwall tomorrow, NO EXCUSES. We need to let this team know that we still believe in them.

Oh, the voice of reason :(

But I say OI! Vorishiloliliovov SHUT IT! Yes we need money but we also need PASSION! The club have just had a couple of windfalls - they won't mind if we spend our quids tomorrow on some beers, train tickets and millwall tickets, as long as we SING and SHOUT and help our lads to get a result.

Right?

Of course you are right.

But I was depressed by your post :(

I am going to my first away game for nearly three years and my excitement was tempered by your deflating post.

Anyway without some semblance of passion we don't really have a club. We might as well be MK Dons. Maybe, just maybe, there's a tiny chance that passion from the fans actually gets us the odd point here or there. Look at our home and away form...

Can you buy tickets on the gate?

I thought I had no money but just had a call from ASDA telling me I hadn't picked up my pay check! :dunce: :dunce: :dunce:

Bristol City is more intimidating than Millwall and we take loads there!

COME ON!! It's pay on the gate to so you can't even moan about the AMS!
Even more intimidating when you have to walk through their skinheads holding a handbag belonging to a SILLY young lady.

I live up here. Millwall is a great ground to go to. There will be no trouble because all home fans have be members. I was, last year!

The beer is plentiful, the bars are excellent. There's the Claridge factor, the McGhee factor... it's pre-Christmas, and a brilliant atmosphere in the away end - under real, echoing, stand roof-cover - is absolutely bleedin' guaranteed.

What sort of Albion fan is going to wimp out from all that?

Get yerself up there - and let's show some passion!!!

High up on the South Downs.
Be there.
Up the Albion.
Lets stop talking about our great support and show it for the fact that it is.
South Bermondsey is 5 minutes from London Bridge and there are lots of good pubs around LB.
