"Get in the hole" and tv golf

Watching other people playing golf is surely a sport for nerdy gits with no lives?

Hearing it on the telly in the background, there's some TWAT who keeps shouting "get in the hole" after the ball is hit. Surely this person deserves a painful and slow death?

Having seen it on tv, there's a lot of camera shots panning nothing but blue sky, where even the largest screen high-def telly won't pick out a little ball like that.

beuaaah!

If you play golf you enjoy watching the open or any of the other majors.

The worst sport to watch on TV is real tennis, the camera cannot cover all of the court and misses loads of the action. I once saw it on Sky Sports and turned over after 5 minutes.

Courts for Real Tennis must cost a bit to build, what a strange game.

I hate Golf. Has got to one of the most boring games in the world. Old mans sport. Lazy fat bastards sport. Premiership players favourite past time says it all really. Snobs sport. Thats how I feel about this crap game.

Much prefer to watch real sportsmen like those in the Tour de france, who today again face another tough day in the Pyrenees.

The BBC should get rid of Golf altogether and just show the tour instead, much better family viewing, educational and show the youngsters of today determination, professionalism and true grit .
