Despite conjuring a draw today, the Stats don't lie and Hyppias failure as a manager are plain to see so I'm still 100% in the OUT camp. Seems that TB is willing to let him limp and splutter into the Jan transfer window so I guess we are stuck with him till then, be interesting what players he wants in Jan. Are there 3 teams worse than us in this division? With hyppia remaining in charge I fear there are not and relegation is looming already.

So a "Sami IN " comment gets a  from some on here. Sorry, but I am entitled to an opinion, even if it does disagree with the vociferous naysayers.

It is the Clash of the TITANICS on Friday. D-DAY for Sami. NO WATERLOO for Reading (must drive). Has to be a SPANISH INQUISITION after today and you can expect a BLITZ on dissent from the Stewards. Historians please..where would 1 in 19 rank in the entire history of BHAFC? Would be interesting to know...

There hasn't been a game like this since last Friday.

Why when Bruno goes off do we not realise that they have power in their side with Sakho, and are going to push onto us? Why do we not send on Ince to add some power to our own side? Why do we not send on Hughes late on instead of Colunga, someone to lead the backline and send further forward to run channels? Madness!! :wozza:

Free speech may be all well and good, but we're not having any wrong speech. No siree.

You can blame Sami for a fair bit but not today. Team played really well in the first half and until we went down to ten men we probably would/ could of gone on to win it. Team gave their all today. Can't fault their effort.

Reading game is huge - must win, can't get out of the bottom 3, but could get back in contact with other teams. Defeat and Sami MUST be gone. Win and we need a run of good performances and results and climb the table. Hope it turns around, really hope it does, it would be wonderful, just don't believe it will.

5 wins out of 26 games this season, gives him a win ratio of 19.2%, statistically our third worse manager in the modern game, with Case at 18.97% (11/53) & Wood 15.38% (2/13)

It's 6 wins out of 26 (23.08%), putting him above:

Jimmy Melia (of 39 games - same win %, Hyypia has a higher draw % - 38.46 v 33.33)
Steve Gritt (of 62 games, 22.58%)
Frank Scott-Walford (of 9 games, 22.22%)
George Curtis (of 74 games, 21.62%)
Jimmy Case (of 58 games, 18.97%)
Jeff Wood (of 13 games, 15.38%)
Martin Hinshelwood2 (of 14 games, 14.29%)
Martin Hinshelwood3 (of 1 game, 0%)

(Hinshelwood1 - with Booker, was 100% wins... from two games).

Fact is, we set up ok, we started well...until we scored! Then we invited pressure, struggled through until half time. In the second half we were a disaster, no urgency. When Bruno went off, the guys (except Colunga!!) seemed to put in a shift and show that they were working for Hyypia, but tactically and in the substitutions, we got it totally wrong! I love that we showed some spirit, but frankly its too little too late, and we need to be concerned when our keeper is our man of the match.
