Yes if they win by 2 goals I think the will go through on GD. At the moment they have -2 Portugal have level.for and against.

And Germany have the youngest squad in the tournament so they will probably get better. Wasn't that long ago they had a failing ageing team and introduced a whole new generation of youngsters to the squad certainly paying dividends now.
